Japan's Defense Ministry said on Thursday that a Maritime Self-Defense Force's destroyer conducted a live-fire test of a Tomahawk cruise missile in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of the United States. According to Japanese media, the destroyer is expected to return to the Sasebo naval base in Nagasaki Prefecture around September. The US-made Tomahawk is a subsonic long-range cruise missile with a maximum range of more than 2,000 kilometers. #japan #missiletest #tomahawkmissiles #usa šŗ Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:š https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg š Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imib.cctv For more: https://news.cgtn.com/news/2026-07-31/Japanese-destroyer-conducts-live-fire-test-of-Tomahawk-missile-1PdQrIIxNGo/p.html Mos
