England football superfan Andy Milne reacts to Uefa's threat to boycott the World Cup, saying 'someone needs to stand up to Fifa'. Andy Milne has followed England since 1979 and has been to ten World Cups. It comes as Fifa's proposing to sell stakes in its major competitions - including the World Cup - to private backers under a scheme led by the brother of Donald Trump's son-in-law.
