What if failure isn't the opposite of success, but the path to it? This talk reveals how embracing mistakes can lead to stronger learning, better problem-solving, and lasting growth. Sometimes, the lessons that stay with us begin where success doesn't. Saksham Pandey was born in Delhi in 2011. In school, he was a proficient student, actively participating in debates, speaking competitions, spell bees etc. he also won several medals in academics including different levels of olympiads. After class 7th, he and his family relocated to Karnataka, Kalaburagi. From then, he has enrolled in MLZS kalaburagi, also excelling in speaking, debates and anchoring of different events. He has also shown competency in areas of academics and sports, winning prize money and medals. In 9th class, he became the headboy of the school, winning with majority votes and constantly working towards progress.
