Ariel once doubted her writing abilities, but with patience and determination, she transformed challenges into victories, ultimately winning an international essay competition. Her story reminds us that what feels impossible is often within reach. Ariel Lin is a Grade 8 student at the International School of Dongguan. She is passionate about academic writing and has participated in several essay competitions, winning recognition for her philosophical writing. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing the violin, sports, and volunteering at community events. Today, Ariel will be sharing her ideas on "Dreams.” This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
