Spain's Migrant crisis: 49,000 migrants from Morocco storm Spanish enclave Ceuta

Almost 50,000 migrants have stormed the Spanish enclave of Ceuta by sea and on foot in the past 24 hours, Spain’s interior ministry said. The tiny territory, which borders Morocco in North Africa, has been inundated by migrants from Morocco exploiting legal loopholes and overwhelming border security. Spain’s interior ministry said on Friday that it estimated 49,000 migrants had arrived at the outpost, which has a population of around 84,000 people.
