A section of leaders from Kenya Kwanza have defended President William Ruto's address on Thursday night, saying it offered a blueprint of where Kenya needs to be in the future as a First World country. Speaking in Malava, Kakamega and Nyamira counties during public engagements, the team once again accused former President Uhuru Kenyatta of being the leader who instructs the opposition on how to discredit the current regime. They called upon Kenyans to ignore leaders who are out to divide the nation along ethnic lines. They said they are confident of a President Ruto win in the 2027 polls owing to his track record.
