Tamil Nadu Energy Resources and Law Minister C.T.R. Nirmal Kumar said approaching the Supreme Court remains the only viable solution to stop Karnataka's proposed Mekedatu dam project on the Cauvery. Speaking to reporters in Tirunelveli, he accused Karnataka of pursuing the project despite Tamil Nadu's objections and criticised the Opposition for allegedly politicising the inter-State water dispute. Reiterating the State government's stand, the Minister asserted that Tamil Nadu would continue to pursue every available legal remedy to safeguard its water rights and protect farmers' interests. #Mekedatu #RNirmalKumar #Tirunelveli #TamilNadu #Karnataka #Cauvery #SupremeCourt #WaterDispute #TNPolitics #CauveryIssue #IndiaNews #BreakingNews Thank you for watching our video!
