Calgary Police Service Acting Staff Sgt. Scott Guterson will provide media with an update on the search for Parker, an 11-year-old boy who was reported missing on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from the northwest community of Cambrian Heights. Officers, specialized units, trained search volunteers and partner agencies have been working around the clock to locate Parker. Ground search teams, the Air Support Unit, Canine Unit, Mounted Patrol Team and Mountain Bike Unit continue to support search efforts. We are truly grateful for the support shown by Calgarians. Residents can assist by checking their own properties, including garages, sheds, backyards, under decks and other areas where a child may seek shelter or hide. We ask that members of the public only search in public areas and do not enter private property without permission.
