It's been clear for some time that Marvel's next big phase will focus around mutants. Having been teased for the last few years since Disney bought Fox and the X-Men and Fantastic Four along with it, it's only been a matter of time before Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters would pop up in the MCU. And while it hasn't officially gotten there yet, Marvel and Kevin Feige have taken one big step closer to unveiling their X-Men, although it won't be a team quite like any we've seen before. Here's the latest clues as to where they're headed with mutants, and why a not comics-accurate team is the best decision they could make.
