WARNING: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are advised that this video includes the name of an Indigenous person who has passed away. Sergeant Chris Harden and acting sergeant Karl von Minden were among the investigators who found the body of five-year-old little girl Kumanjayi Little Baby on the outskirts of Alice Springs. The little girl’s name has been changed for Walpiri cultural reasons; under Indigenous protocol, it is taboo to speak the name of someone who has died. The Northern Territory police officers spoke with SBS Chief Political Correspondent Anna Henderson for the first time about the enormous five-day search effort that made international headlines.
