In this America 250 special MEGA episode of Uncharted, Gordon Ramsay gets a taste of America's unique island culture. He first travels to the Florida Keys, where he catches stone crab in the ocean, visits an exotic fruit farm and tries some of the rarest fruit in the world, and learns how to filet and prepare fresh fish the local way.
