In this America 250 special MEGA episode of Uncharted, Gordon Ramsay gets a taste of America's unique island culture. He first travels to the Florida Keys, where he catches stone crab in the ocean, visits an  exotic fruit farm and tries some of the rarest fruit in the world, and learns how to filet and prepare fresh fish the local way. Then he goes to the lively and beautiful U.S. territory of Puerto Rico to experience the local ingredients and learn how the island community bounced back from Hurricane Maria, the catastrophic disaster that ravaged the island in 2017. Finally, Gordon goes west to Hawaii's scenic Hana Coast to grill chicken the Hawaiian way, forage sea urchins, spearfish in the ocean, try Aunty Sandy's famous banana bread, and learn Hawaiian cuisine from the locals.
