Indian Ambassador to the U.S. Vinay Kwatra issued a strong message to Pakistan, saying India can cooperate on bilateral issues only if Islamabad dismantles its terror infrastructure. In a Newsweek opinion piece, he said Pakistan's war threats over the Indus Waters Treaty are an attempt to distract from its internal problems, adding that India merely acknowledged what Pakistan had already destroyed by keeping the treaty in abeyance after the 2025 Pahalgam terror attack. Reiterating PM Modi's stance, Kwatra said, “Terror and talks can’t go together... water and blood can’t flow together.” #VinayKwatra #IndusWaterTreaty #IndiaPakistan #PMModi #Pakistan For more videos subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/@NDTVProfitIndia Visit NDTV Profit for more news: https://www.ndtvprofit.com/ Don't enter the stock market unaware.
