An Israeli military strike has hit a civilian car on Salah al-Din Road, a major route linking central and southern Gaza and used to transport humanitarian aid. Several Palestinians were killed and many others wounded in the attack. Civil defence crews and residents worked to recover bodies from the destroyed vehicle as blood stained the road.
