Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano is inviting Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and the public to Taguig to see the city's infrastructure projects. While investigating the infrastructure projects in Taguig, Lacson alleged that Cayetano “virtually controlled” the operations of the Department of Public Works and Highways in the city. Based on five case studies, Lacson said that aside from photo recycling, his team discovered that the alleged anomalies also included double appropriations for the same project and overlapping spans of slope protection projects, which may have cost the government hundreds of millions of pesos.
