Drone helps locate resident swept away by river, SWAT officer swims to rescue#coolchina

A resident accidentally fell into the Tarim River in Shaya County, Aksu Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and was swept away by the fast-moving current. After receiving an emergency call, local SWAT officers rushed to the scene and used a drone to search from the air, quickly locating her. By then, she had been carried about three to four kilometers downstream and was clinging to a tree, with only her head and hands above water. The officer crossed the dry riverbed, waded through shallow water and swam to the opposite bank to pull her to safety.
