Migrants in Spain's Ceuta boarded military trucks on August 2 to be taken back towards the border with Morocco as authorities worked to restore order after an unprecedented mass crossing. More than 50,000 people entered Ceuta by land and sea from July 30, and over 48,000 returned to Morocco within the first 48 hours. Spanish authorities said the death toll had risen to at least 72, while more than 1,000 people had received medical treatment. Officials said conditions in the city had improved, but security operations and returns were continuing. #worldnow 📺 Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:👇 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg 👈 Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imib.cctv For more: https://news.cgtn.com/news/2026-08-03/Spanish-army-tru
