I was completely removed from the imagery and was locked into the music after my brain subconsciously realized it was being tricked. After a few days of studying the track and trying to recreate it, I'm still very impressed with the entire arrangement. Pulling off a trick like this is not easy to begin with, and making it sound this GOOD and "functional" in the setting is a triumph. But the actual details of how it was recorded, notated, arranged, and choreographed are still beyond me, and it deserves accolades IMO.
