Yunus shares how a tiny habit pulled him from feeling lost to living with intention and why scheduling isn't about control, it's about making space for the things that actually matter is a second-year medical student whose interests lie at the intersection of personal growth, leadership, and human potential. Fascinated by how people learn, make decisions, and create meaning in their lives, he spends much of his time working with young people, engaging in community initiatives, and exploring the habits that shape a purposeful life.
