Russia has blamed Ukraine for a deadly drone strike on a resort town, which killed at least seven people, including three children. The strike hit a popular beach near Gelendzhik on the Black Sea coast. Ukrainian officials are yet to respond to the attack, but both sides have previously blamed each other for deliberately targeting civilians.
