Russia has blamed the Ukrainian "regime" for what it called a deliberate drone attack on civilians. Seven people, including three children, were killed and 40 injured today at its Black Sea holiday resort of Gelendzhik. Social media videos showed what appeared to be a drone slamming into a busy beach area, accompanied by a loud explosion.
