British mother of girl shot by father in Texas calls on PM to ask US authorities to reopen case

Twenty-three-year-old Lucy Harrison, from Warrington, was shot dead while visiting her father at his home in Texas. Her father, Kris Harrison, was holding the gun that fired the fatal shot. But a Texas Grand Jury decided not to indict him. Earlier this year, a UK coroner ruled Lucy had been unlawfully killed, finding Kris Harrison's actions amounted to gross negligence manslaughter.
