Indonesian authorities have released CCTV footage showing a Malaysia Airlines pilot being taken into custody for alleged drug trafficking shortly after landing in Jakarta's main airport. It shows the 39-year-old collecting a suitcase from a baggage carousel, before trying to exit through a dedicated fast-track lane for flight crew. But he was directed to a customs inspection room, where officers found more than 70,000 ecstasy pills and 2.7 grams of methamphetamine in the suitcase. A small bottle of urine was also recovered, which authorities say would have been used to falsify a drug test. The pilot also tested positive to cocaine, ecstasy and meth.
