Israel-Lebanon talks: Negotiations on implementing a US-mediated framework

Lebanon and Israel are holding another round of US-brokered talks in Rome. So far, there’s been little progress in implementing their framework agreement. Lebanon wants Israeli troops to further withdraw from areas they’re occupying. But Israeli officials say there won't be further withdrawals until Hezbollah disarms.
