The EU commissioner for internal affairs has revealed that 75 people died during the mass migrant breach into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, where over 70,000 crossed the border in hours. Magnus Bruner outlined a five-point plan to prevent future crises, including strengthening external borders, dismantling smuggling networks, combating misinformation and implementing early warning systems.
