The government has proposed making Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication systems mandatory in all newly manufactured two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles and goods vehicles from October 2028, following a phased rollout. V2V technology allows nearby vehicles to exchange real-time information, enabling advance warnings about potential hazards such as sudden braking, wrong-way driving and approaching emergency vehicles. The proposal is currently open for stakeholder feedback until the last week of August. #v2vcommunication #cars #technology Important Playlists National News: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YXb9Oh62yur4MRCdRLL6gCt Business News: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YVXM88oXiuA1JMLZtODGP1y World News: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YW0Swy6-R3i50F5FbtDRiEe BS Decoded: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YWYuC7DEL8Lxl-rhiElowEE Want access to Business Standard’s premium insights?
