A 37-year-old man faces arson charges in connection with the Old Trails Fire near Spokane, Wash. Spokane County sheriff's deputies booked the man on suspicion of first-degree arson for allegedly setting the blaze, the largest of three uncontained wildfires that have destroyed hundreds of structures in the region.
