Former U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith, who brought criminal charges against President Trump, has accepted Republican Senator Chuck Grassley's invitation to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee later this fall. According to a letter from Smith's lawyers obtained by MS NOW, Smith is willing to testify as long as the Justice Department gives permission. MS NOW's Lisa Rubin has the latest.
