The killers of Thames Valley Police Constable Andrew Harper are due to go free under the government’s early release scheme. PC Harper’s widow Lissie told LBC that she was ’beyond appalled’ that the government would not act to keep them behind bars, calling it ‘an absolute betrayal’.
