At the intersection of Huizhou Avenue and Wuhu Road in Hefei, east Chinaβs Anhui Province, an elderly man fell backward, hitting the ground hard. A woman on an electric bicycle immediately stopped and rushed over to check on him. Seconds later, a second woman parked her bike to offer support.
