Lebanon and Israel are due to begin a second day of talks in Rome. It's part of the second round of negotiations between the countries after a framework agreement was signed in June. Lebanon wants Israel to withdraw its occupying military from the south of the country. Israel says the Lebanese military needs to disarm Hezbollah before its troops pull out. Hezbollah is not a party to the talks. Al Jazeera’s Zeina Khodr joins live from Nabatieh in southern Lebanon.
