Russian missile attack on Ukraine kills 17 and injures dozens

17 people have been killed and at least 44 others injured in another heavy Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv - including one with a cluster warhead. Eight people died as they waited for a delayed train just outside the city when a strike hit close to the platform. President Zelenskyy said supplies of air defence missiles to Ukraine were three times lower than last year and urged allies to approve more deliveries.
