Hey everyone, in today's video I take a look at Conan O'Brien's Oscars Monologue this year since he was selected as host. Conan gives a masterclass in having a measured approach to hosting an awards ceremony. While I do love a more chaotic host sometimes like Norm Macdonald at the 1997 Espy Awards or Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globes, I also do love a more modest approach that doesn't sacrifice a comedian's unique voice. Conan demonstrated in this monologue how you can have a sharp edge while still being likable and measured. I thought Conan did a great job. Anyway, If you enjoyed this comedy lore video enough please like the video, subscribe to the channel, turn on post notifications, and share this with someone you think would enjoy it.
