The invisible line between fear and opportunity is thinner than we think. Discover how stepping across it can transform setbacks into stepping stones for success. Wanchoo’s journey began at the school as President of the Student Council, where he first learned what it means to work with others – to communicate openly, collaborate with empathy, and lead with integrity. A Warwick Business School graduate, he went on to lead the Financial Services practice at Michael Page – advising global investment leaders on building purposeful teams – and now continues his work with MGX. Beyond work, he enjoys travelling, following the Premier League, and friendly games of padel and table tennis. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
