UEFA has told Sky News the "conditions have not been met" to lift its boycott of the World Cup and there is still a lack of confidence in Gianni Infantino - despite the FIFA president apologising and withdrawing the World Cup sell-off plan. European football's governing body has dismissed the credibility of the joint statement issued by FIFA after emergency talks in Morocco yesterday, self-declaring "full support" of members of the management board.
