Former Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin says he does not anticipate being on a presidential debate stage in 2028, while stopping short of definitively ruling out a campaign. Youngkin also says communities should have the final say on data center development and that developers must address concerns about power, water and infrastructure. He also discusses his new initiative promoting a federal scholarship tax credit.
