Germany's Leipzig/Halle Airport, a major hub for cargo and military equipment, has completely resumed flight operations on Thursday after an explosive-laden drone was found near a Ukrainian cargo plane a day earlier, officials said. ABC News' Tom Soufi Burridge reports.
