A judge officially tossed out the Justice Department's case brought against former Olympic canoeist David Hearn, who was accused of feloniously vandalizing the Reflecting Pool. In an interview with CNN's Kaitlan Collins, Hearn warned that what happened to him could happen to anyone, calling it the kind of government overreach you'd expect from a dictatorship. #cnn #news #davidhearn
