Tonight: The man authorities say started the most destructive fire in Spokane history is now charged with starting four other fires since July of last year. 37-year-old Aaron Farinacci appeared remotely in court late today but did not enter a plea. Plus, after his defeat at the Supreme Court, President Trump unveiled executive orders with narrower restrictions on birthright citizenship. The move is expected to face legal challenges. And the FDA says they’ve now found the source of that jalapeño pepper recall linked to Chipotle. It does not appear the peppers in question went to grocery stores but they did go to wholesalers, restaurants and food service companies. And in 'Good News Tonight' Thalles DeSouza, whose family left dangerous conditions in Brazil when he was just 13 years old, worked at Wendy’s through high school. His bosses there created a scholarship fund for him, helping him go to a local community college before he achieved his dream of being accepted to Yale University.
