President Donald Trump said negotiations between Iran and Oman over the Strait of Hormuz are "moving along," despite some Iranian lawmakers saying they would seek to bar US and Israeli ships from the waterway as part of the deal. Meanwhile, oil extended gains after a report that Iran attacked "hostile targets" in the Strait of Hormuz.
