After Anthropic and OpenAI, Meta AI model hacks outside firm during testing

Meta has disclosed that one of its AI models, Muse Spark 1.1, accidentally gained internet access and breached an external service during a cybersecurity test because of a configuration error by testing partner Irregular. The incident mirrors similar disclosures by Anthropic and OpenAI, making it the third such case in two weeks.
