What if the secret to success isn't doing more, but planning differently? After years of chasing maximum productivity, Sahar Fahima Sadiq realized that traditional productivity advice often ignores what makes us human. Drawing from personal experience and insights from psychology, she challenges the idea that constant discipline leads to success, arguing instead for a more balanced approach one that embraces rest, relationships, self-care, creativity, and flexibility. Because sustainable success begins when we stop planning like machines and start planning like humans. Sahar Fahima Sadiq is an incoming university student and emerging young leader passionate about youth empowerment, education, and personal development. She actively advocates for learning, leadership, and creating opportunities for young people to grow and contribute positively to society. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at h
