"The Future Beyond Your Plan" explores the idea that while planning is important, life rarely unfolds exactly as we expect. Through personal stories from my journey—from a young student standing on this stage to building a career in aerospace and aviation—I challenge the belief that success requires having everything figured out from an early age. The talk encourages students to embrace uncertainty, remain curious, and develop the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing world. It focuses on three key lessons: never lose your curiosity to learn, learn to adapt quickly to change, and trust the process even when the destination is unclear. Ultimately, the talk aims to help students see unexpected changes not as setbacks, but as opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and becoming the person they are capable of becoming.
