Donald Trump has reacted furiously on social media, after his administration was ordered to stop construction of his personal project, a $400m ballroom at the White House. A federal appeals court has dealt the latest setback to the controversial project, testing Trump's presidential authority. He has vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court.
