US unemployment rate dips to 4.1%

The US lost 23,000 jobs last month according to new data released Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, with the unemployment rate dipping to 4.1%. Some of that dip can be attributed to people who gave up after being unable to find employment. CNN’s David Goldman explains.
