Mansfield in Nottinghamshire has been nicknamed the 'HMO Hotspot' - because so many family homes have been converted into Houses in Multiple Occupation. Now, the local Labour MP, Steve Yemm, is calling for a crackdown as complaints about anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping and overflowing bins are on the rise.
