NSSF Sacco cuts operating costs through digitisation

NSSF Sacco has reduced its operating expenses from 35 to 25 percent following the digitisation of its operations. According to Sacco CEO Anthony Kahoru, the transition, which cost Sh15 million, has improved efficiency while attracting a younger demographic.
