Over the past few months, India has seen heavy rain and flooding in several states. Despite that, the country is actually facing a deficient monsoon. Concentrated bouts of rain are part of the problem. But erratic monsoon patterns are becoming an increasingly common problem as India continues to face the impacts of climate change.
