WASHINGTON — U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth ordered military leaders on Thursday to accelerate the rollout of "Cybercom 2.0," a sweeping overhaul of U.S. Cyber Command he first directed last fall, calling it the largest transformation of the command and its cyber forces in more than 16 years.
