The Canadian War Museum is offering visitors a rare look at historic military tanks and trucks in motion during its annual “War Machines Weekend” showcase. CTV's Kimberley Johnson profiles visitor Damien Riethman and museum collection specialist Grant Vogl, who highlighted a rare Second World War C15AA armoured ambulance truck that may be the last of its kind. Museum learning specialist Jessica Shaw explained that seeing these restored vehicles operate live on the demo track gives visitors a fresh perspective on Canadian military history. The special exhibition continues through Sunday with live vehicle demonstrations scheduled at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Subscribe to CTV News to watch more videos: https://www.youtube.com/ctvnews Connect with CTV News Ottawa: For live updates and latest headlines visit: http://www.ctvnews.ca/ottawa CTV News Ottawa on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ctvnewsottawa CTV News Ottawa on X (formerly Twitter): https://twitter.com/CTVOttawa CTV News Ottawa
