US President Donald Trump announced last month that Hamas had agreed to a 15-point plan for peace in Gaza, under which the group would disarm in exchange for Israel's withdrawal from the Strip. The Israeli prime minister’s office had previously expressed reservations about the plan but had stopped short of rejecting it. Netanyahu confirmed Israel’s position, saying the military will not withdraw from Gaza until Hamas is fully disarmed. He also insisted there will be no Palestinian state in Gaza or the West Bank as long as he remains in office. #dwnews For more news go to: http://www.dw.com/en/ Follow DW on social media: ►Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dwnews ►TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@dwnews ►Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/deutschewellenews/ ►Twitter: https://twitter.com/dwnews Für Videos in deutscher Sprache besuchen Sie: https://www.youtube.com/dwdeutsch Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/user/deutschewelleenglish?sub_confirmation=1
